Details about your delivery

You’ve ordered your personalised product, you’re excited, and you simply can’t wait! Here’s what you need to know about delivery.

  1. When will I receive my order?

You can choose a date on the checkout page when you want your order delivered. Typically, all orders received are processed and delivered in 2 working days.

Here are a few things to note:

  • Orders received by noon are sent out in 2 working days (unless otherwise stipulated by customer).
  • We currently offer only Lagos delivery from our site with other nationwide locations coming soon.
  • Should you require your product to be delivered to other states, we can help with this at a cost defined by our courier partners.
  • You can choose to ship your cards up to 12 months in the future.
  1. What is ttysoon.com’s return policy?

At ttysoon.com, we strive to give you the best quality by making ttysoon.com synonymous with top quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, please kindly contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot guarantee a refund; however, we will work with you to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your product.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Everyone makes mistakes… If you do, you need to let us know as soon as possible, depending on your delivery date, we may still be able to salvage the situation. Give us a call (080 99 99 13 42) with your order number to hand and we’ll try our best to help out. Alternatively please send a descriptive email to the ttySoon team at talktous@ttysoon.com

  1. I’m having problems uploading an image

If you experience difficulties uploading a photo, please troubleshoot the following:

  • Check that image is in .jpeg or .png format. (pdfs are not accepted)
  • Try to reduce the photo size (the sum of images per card has been configured to be 10MB or less)
  • Check your internet speed and browser type, we typically recommend google chrome and firefox, even though our site has been configured for use across all browsers.

If you upload a photo that is low in resolution or image size, we will accept this, but we must warn that this may affect the quality of your product.

If you still encounter problems, please email us at talktous@ttysoon.com and we’ll be happy to help you resolve the issues. Please make sure you include the following in your email to us:

  • attach the image you wish us to upload
  • the product you have selected
  • the email address you have registered with
  • Size requirements of the chosen product
  • and a phone number we can contact you on.
  1. How do I pay for my personalised product?

ttysoon.com works with 3 payment partners; Interswitch and PAGA for all payments using Naira Debit cards; and 2Checkout for all payments using Dollars, Pounds, and Euros debit cards. In addition, we accept direct bank transfer should there be any need for that; please contact us at talktous@ttysoon.com or call us on 080 99 99 13 42 to arrange for a bank transfer.

  1. I’m having trouble making payment to complete my order

If you experience issues with payment, the usual suspect is internet speed. Please allow a few minutes and try again. You could log out and log in again.

However, if your transaction is declined or deducted from your bank, resolutions of such issues will need to be made with your bank or financial institution.

If you are still experiencing issues, just leave your order in your shopping basket (where it is saved) and send us an email letting us know the difficulty; we’ll arrange for a bank transfer as a last resort.
